Tool to test JDBC connectivity

Instructions to run this utility

1.Install JAVA 1.3 or newer, and make sure the java executable is in the path.
2.Run the bat/sh - for unix, they'll need a working DISPLAY.
3.GUI will pop up - goto Connection -> Connect to DB, and pick the db type being tested
A. if connect is successfully, a new gui window with Connection established will be displayed
B. If not successfully, the error message will be in the JDBC/DatabaseOutput text area.
